I've just bought a vehicle recently and took delivery of car on the 10th of April 2013 and the dealer advised that Altech Netstar Telesales will be calling me the following day after waiting the whole morning I only received a call at about midday on the 11th of April 2013 from a very unfriendly Telesales agent Wendy none the less I was promised the device would be fitted that same afternoon at my work's premises, no one called to advise whether they are on their way or not until I made a follow up call the next morning of the 12th of April 2013. Eventually I got a call around midmorning that someone will be coming to fit in the tracking device around 15h00, digifleet agent arrived at 14h00 fitted the device and explained process. After 24hours after fitment was made I made a call to Altech Netstar for testing on the 14th of April around 10h00. The gentleman Kobus at the call centre advised that he will call me back, I drove around awaiting a call and after an hour with no response I called Netstar for a follow only to be told they could not pick up signal. I've reported the incident to Netstar Telesales and Digifleet still no response... Appaling service and still unresolved!!!
