I called Altech Netstar call centre and was assisted by Bob Letlotlo Makgosi who then sent a technician to install a tracking device. The technician told me to call back the consultant so the unit can be tested and i can receive the certificate to send to my insurance provider, that was thursday 28th November 2013. I called on friday 29th Nov and was told that the certificate will be send to me. On monday i called again to check whats the hold up with the certificate and i was assisted by Lebo (Didn't take the surname) who told me that my newly installed unit is not even working due to system problems and that the certificate will be send by the consultant who initially assisted me (Bob). So since monday i have been calling everyday to find out whats happening but i have been getting stories. On wednesday 04th Dec, i spoke to Bob who then told me that he will send a technician to repair my device. Today i waited for the technician to call and arrange for the repair but never called. I am tired of calling the same people who don't care about me. My questions are:
1. What if my car gets?
2. Will i pay for unused unit?
