Netstar and DVM - bad service

I tested my tracking system on Tuesday afternoon last week (2nd April) - no one from Netstar call me back.
ON wednesday morning a gentleman from customer service called me on my husbands request and tested my system saying that It was not picking up signals.
On Wednesday afternoon I tried testing again and no one got back to me.
Does Netstar forget about customer service after 4pm every afternoon?
On thursday morning when I tested again, the agent said that I should book the car in for repairs. they said DVM tracking will contact me to schedule.
on Friday I followed up with Netstar and they said DVM will contact me.
Today is Monday - DVM has not contacted me.
I am paying for this service!
If something has to happen to my car - will Netstar and DVM cover the costs since Insurance will not as the tracking system is not working!!!
Pathetic.
