Non perfomance of device

I have used the Altech Netstar tracking device (Early warning) on my car for over 5yrs prior to 2012-April. In April last year I decided to renew the contract and fit a new tracking device, the installation was done at STARFIT CAR Security & Sound. Ever since I have been living life of. Each morning whenever I start my car, the device keeps going off. This is becoming normal in extreme temperatures, ie when its either too cold or hot. I follow proper procedure of arming and disarming, with the years of experience. I have contacted STARFIT and the Altech Netstar contact centre far too many times, I must have taken my car to the fitment centre more than 6times in the past year.
Two months or so ago, I called the Altech's contact to lodge a complaint, I was then referred to AA Autosound & Security CC, I took my car there two days in succession, to get the device fixed, still no joy.
The guys at the fitment centres give me the silliest excuses one can ever think of, I know how electronics and alarm systems work, but the excuses they make are just appalling, in the past 2days the netstar emergency contact centre has called me in the morning to say my alarm keeps going off.
