Empty promises after buying a car not delivered

I bought a car on auction, after paying all the amount. I called a lady called "Vassie" on 01/03/ 2013, on a friday, who works for Jet Park auctions in Wynberg to let her know the car is paid in full and asking when can I get the car. She told me that I needed to come on Monday as the car has been moved to a storage warehouse & also mentioned that the warehouse is not opened on Saturdays. on Monday 4 March I went to Wynberg all the way from Middelburg and she told me that the ca has not yet been delivered, it was 10:00am & she said that I must give her an hour to call the storage guys & 3 hours past without her saying a word to me, I then asked her again about the Feedback & only then she told that I will either get the car on Thursday the 07/03 or on Friday morning. on thursday afternoon around 13:00 I called her & she promise to come back to me within an hours time & at 15:00 realizing the she has not come back to me I called her again & she gave me an attitude saying tht she told me she will call & she promise to call me on Friday the 8th of March at 12:00 & again she did not call until i called her again at 13:00, she promise to call me at 16:30 & never called- I AM FRUSTRATED
