Ctrack after sales service absolutely shocking!!

We have Ctrack devices in 2 of our vehicles & have had them for more than 2 years. We have never been able to track our vehicle online, a service we are paying for, when we notified them of the problem nothing was done about it, in fact the answer was we are sorry we could not fix your problem, however you have to continue paying as your contract has not yet expired!!! No mention of a drop in subs or anything. We are now on a month to month contract & have been receiving text messages stating that our 1 device is faulty, we have contacted them three times to no avail!! If this vehicle is and the device is faulty our insurance will not pay out. I have today tried several times to get these devices removed so I can have a proper tracking system installed through a different supplier, what a circus, there is only 1 person that can do this & she is constantly on the phone, never returns calls & the manager in Durban seems to always be on the phone too. The headoffice receptionist does not know what the managers names are or their extension numbers. Absolutely shocking! All I want is what we pay for & if you can't deliver then get your device out of our vehices!! Simple!!
