Do not ever install Ctrack in your vehicle!

Last year June we bought a new vehicle, Ctrack came to install the unit and since last year our Ctrack has not been working, every month we received 2 sms a months saying: Please contact Ctrack on 0860287225 option (4) then (2) as ######GP has not reported in 48hours. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN AN EMERGENCY. Every month we had to phone them and them saying they will fix the problem, every month the problem was not sorted, we even pressed the panic button on the remote, and no one ever phoned us. Want to cancel our contract now, as we sold our vehicle in April.. now all of a sudden we want to break contract so we owe them R1500 to cancel the contract, but for the past year been paying for a unit that did not work? Now all of a sudden on their system it shows it has been working... really..Yolanda??? We are VERY unhappy with the service we have received, we have spoken to so many people, even to arrange for unit to be installed in new vehicle now in April, was promised from Headoffice they will phone back-Still waiting!! Yolanda, going to send me proof that unit has been working all this time... still waiting?? Propably forging a report to make them look unguitly!!
