I bought a car in January with a tracker device was installed on it, i had a problem with the vehicle, i took it back to the dealer and sent CTrack an email below, of which i was advised by Elizabeth Mathebula to do so

Please freeze my account until further notice because I have been having a problem with my car I took it back where I bought it, they supposed to give me another but it's been a month now since I have been waiting for a car, and I can't pay for something I don't have.

" my account was not freezed, i called and spoke to Kea Mekgwe, who told me that device on my car was not insured and that i had to add insurance and also provide them with an address of installation, i did everything she asked me, nothing has been done, the account was not freezed, tracker device not install on my other car but the money is going off my account every month, i keep sending emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and no respond.
