TRACKING DEVICE NOT WORKING and BAD SERVICE

Good day,

Called Ctrack yesterday afternoon and I was put on hold for 6 minutes before a guy called Gerrie/Gary answered my call. Told him I'm unable to test the tracking device on my car and he said, he'll send an email to to the technicians to give me a call today 26th April 2013, in the morning to arrange for them to come look at the device as it might be faulty.

It is 12:14 and I still have not received the call, secondly, I called Ctrack again and I've been holding for over 14 minutes, then a lady called Adolphine finally answers and all she can say is SORRY. Then she says my call was not logged on the system. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Firstly I'm put on hold for a very long time, and in both occurrences their systems are down or not working?? I'm very unhappy with service I got from Ctrack, if this matter isn't resolved by Monday, I am cancelling my contract with CTrack and am getting a new tracking company.
