Disgustingly disgusting

Ctrack i must say your service is shockingly disgusting. In January I joined ctrack and had two installations done on two vehicles. After everything went well for a month or too. I suffered a total loss on one of the vehicles. The moment my insurance notified me about the loss I notified CTrack. Yolandi said she she would freeze the account for 3months. That never materilized i paid for months that I didnt have use of the tracking unit. I dont have a vehicle right now. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue. Right now even if I purchase a vehicle I would'nt touch Ctrack with a 10m pole. I wouldn't even recommend ctrack to my worst enermy. Please tell me what am paying for? I'm frustrated and can't belive the level of service and accountability, responsibility that Ctrack staff. How do u guys sleep at night.
