POOR ARMED RESPONSE REACTION TIME

On 26/01/2013 I had a break-in at about 15h30 and it took ADT armed response more than 15minutes to respond when my alarm went off. I laid a complaint through their control room and never got any response. On the 14/02/2013 within one month I had another break-in at about 11H33 and it took ADT 12minutes plus to respond and I arrived home before them from 10km away. I sent ADT an e-mail on 14/02/2013 which they only acknowledge to have received on 21/02/2013. All these break-ins took place during the day when it was quite and no-traffic. My property has beams all over and magnets on the main gate. In both cases the alarm went off when thugs broke the main gate. Due to slow response of ADT, thugs caused a lot of damage and even managed to break secured windows and doors. After receiving my e-mail of cancellation. I only got calls from ADT in March after I have cancelled their service. My experience with ADTJHB/MIDRAND is that their slogan 'Always there' is a joke and its should be 'Always not there'.
