TRACKER not working as advertised

I Installed a new Tracker alert system around the 15th of February 2013 in my Nissan 1400 Bakkie. This system comes with a keyfob which is supposed to be in the car when driving it, otherwise Tracker will be alerted. Ever since this system has been installed in my bakkie it hasn't worked, since I tested it by leaving the keyfob at home and driving around without anyone from Tracker contacting me. After I reported this to Tracker they did replace the unit free of charge on the 13th of March 2013.I gave it a few days and ever since Friday the 15th I've been driving without the keyfob close to the car and to date no one from Tracker picked anything up..I cannot believe that 2 systems would malfunction, especially since both were brand new? Will Tracker re-imburse me for the month that the system did not work and fix properly this time, since I have no confidence my car will be recovered if now?
