No Armed Response

What poor service..I am shocked and disgusted. I got home yetserday evening only to hear the sound of the alram going off from my gate. No armed response visible nor did i get any call from the control room to notify me that the arlam had been triggered.

To my shock and horror, as i entered the premises... i found my kitchen door forced wide open. Thankfully the arlam was triggered by this and scared off the thugs.

Why i was or any of the contact person noted on the system not notifed of this. For All i know the thugs could have ran off and hid around the cornner to view how long it took for you to respond so that they can better plane their move again.

Am I truly safe and secure with ADT??? Is this not a breach of contract from your side?? Do i report this to the ombudsman for failure and lack of service delivery or to even honour your part of the contract?

Christmas is coming up and no doubt crime will be on the rise... Do i need to look for another service provider who will ensure i am safe and secure?

I trust you will respond to this e-mail better than what you failed to do yesterday.
