ADT response arrived late_house break-in

I am writing you this e-mail complaining about the lack of response from ADT.

On the 19th of February 2013, broke into my house and goods that included a 3D Samsung Smart TV I had purchased less than 6 months ago.

ADT armed response team only responded to the break-in after 31 minutes of receiving the alarm and by then had left with the loot. Following this incident, I lodged a complaint to ADT Management and they responded by apologising and mentioned to me that during this incident ADT did not have enough vehicles in the vicinity to respond timeously (see attached letter from ADT Area Manager). ADT advised me to send them a cost breakdown of the items so that I can be compensated.
I sent the cost breakdown at the beginning of March and since then ADT has not addressed my claim I have written numerous e-mails and calls and no response from ADT. As I write this e-mail the alarm system at home remains disconnected after cut it off during the break-in. ADT promised to fix the alarm system but have not done so. Over the past two months ADT debit order goes off my account without security.
