Unacceptable response time from ADT armed response

On Wednesday 23 October '13 at 20:53 my dog started barking profusely and I suspected that somebody was in my yard. (on Sun 20 Oct '13 entered my yard ad broke into my car). At 20:54 I pressed the alarm panic button. When the armed response did not arrive after 5 minutes I called the control room. They said that the armed response was on its way. I requested that they call me when the armed response arrives at my place, because I was too scared to open the door (this did not happen). After 5 minutes I called again and by that time I was in a state, and again they said that the armed response was on its way. I expressed my disgust at the bad service!!! By that time I had spoken to two different persons at the control room. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, David, who said that he will look into the matter. After 5 min, still no armed response, and I called the control room again. The telephone rang for about 1 min before somebody answered. David again said that the armed response was on its way and that he would ask the supervisor of the armed response to call me back. Armed response arrived at 21:17. I have received no feedback from the supervisor.
