Worse than dealing with Telkom / Eskom Etc.?

Absolutely YES in my opinion.

I have ligitimate Accounts query - and I wrote to ADT via their website on 3/2/13 - no answer / no acknowledgement!
Followed up as follows:
11/2/13 - called the call centre - told to write to customer services and they gave me an e mail address. I did - no reply.
18/2/13 - called the call centre -they said Brunhilda would call me later in the day - she didn't!
19/2/13 - called the call centre - and asked for direct numbers to complain. Was given Brunhilda # and Dorothy's # . No answer at all!
21/2/13 - I receive an SMS to say that my monthly subs will drop by over R200.
1/3/13 - The wrong much higher amount is deducted off my account.
5/3/13 - I call the call centre again. They check up and say my e mail was received but that it's an Accounts matter - and has been sent internally to Accounts. I ask my call to be transferred. Am cut off twice while they supposedly transfer me to Merry.
It appears that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing at ADT Client Service / Accounts!
Am most unhappy at the incompetence shown.

The ADT security / patrolling part however remains excellent - but no back up at Head Office is most dissapointing!
