Called the call centre about e mailing of bank statements. According the call centre I did not have signing rights on the accounts (private and business accounts) as the account is in my husbands name. I have had signing rights for the last 20 years. I was told to go into the bank. which I did and was told I do have signing rights but the branches could not activate the e mailing of business statements it had to be done through the call centre. I then called the call centre again and was told that they no knowledge of being charged for bank statements but they could not do it over the phone as I did not have signing rights. It would be have to be done via an e mail. They gave me 2 e mail addresses that were wrong.. I then got a response e mail that they would contact me. I am still waiting
