My account became a complete mess when Adt centralized their accounts to Gauteng and became call centre based. For a while I did not receive statements. And when I finally did receive a statement my account was in a shambles. My monthly payments for 4 months did not reflect on my statement. I emailed them about my allocations I even sent them proof of payment (payments done by eft). There is a journal debit reflecting on my account of R1000, which was one of my payments, but someone processed it as a debit and another one of my payments of R500 has not yet been credited. The other day I received a letter in the mail from credi control threatening to hand me over and that my account is in arrears by over R2000. And this after I spend two days reconciling this account. I believe that the people at the call centre are clueless when it comes to customer queries, whilst the people in the accounts department hide behind the scenes and do not respond and most certainly do not know how to deal with cuetomer queries. They certainly do not answer their phones or return my calls. Oh yes, when they mess up your account you don't get a statement. Still await my latest statement
