I bought the first telkom mix with the old blackberry and have been experiencing many problems. I have had it for one year (it is a 2 year contract). I had logged so many disputes that a supervisor in cape town (not part of the call centre) eventually had to call me back.

I am currently trying to cancel the contract, but before I do I wanted to find out what penalties, if any, I would have to pay. I was told by the cancellation department that there are no penalties but that she would put me through to accounts to double check. Accounts said that there are penalties but that no one in Telkom knows how much the penalties are. She could not even give me an estimate. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she cut the call. I called back and when I got through to the accounts department I was told that no one in Telkom knows about Telkom Mix. I cannot seem to get through to anyone.

I am completely dissatisfied with Telkom's services. Surely, a consumer cannot be expected to call telkom more than twice regarding incorrect invoices (where additional charges were added).
