Can't get to speak to the Account Department

I received an SMS this morning that says that my monthly threshold of 5 responses has been exceeded. This happened last year as well and it took over 5 months to sort out my bill. I didn't want this to happen again, so I called the ADT call centre, pressed the relevant number for Accounts and got to speak to someone in the call centre who then put me through to someone in the technical centre who wanted to verify who I was and wouldn't put me through to the accounts department. Why is it that no one actually listens to the request being made and just carries it out? All I want is to talk to someone in the ADT accounts department who will tell me that my account will not messed up like it was the last time. Can someone in the know at ADT please get back to me, your IVR and call centre is completely useless (and your website doesn't have any information either).
