My accounts were combined without my approval. I have been phoning Telkom since 27 October 2013 and to date the matter has not been resolved. I spoke to Leepo, Trish (Supervisor), Trish's Manager and Thabo called me on 02 December 2013 and he promised heaven and earth in terms of resolving the problem. Thabo never came back to me and my account is more worse.
For my two service numbers I use to pay about R1350 and nothing has changed that much but my accounts are have picked to about R2700.
The invoices have a lot of errors of which nobody wants to take responsibility for. The call centre agents keep on saying that they will write e mails to the people concerned telling them to call me. Nobody has bothered to call.
