Pathetic Ford Credit Call Centre

I called the finance call centre nr that appears on the Ford website, and after selecting the option most likely to apply to me "account enquiries" I informed the agent I would like to know my settlement amount and change my address again as I am not receiving post. She told me because my account is not in arrears she cannot assist me and before I could say anything I was transferred. After holding for about 25mins I put the phone down and redialed, this time choosing option 2 "settlement amount". Again I was told that they cannot assist me if my account is not in arrears. Again I was transferred to the mystical accounts department. Another 30 minutes went by. I called back again, spoke to Vanessa and pleaded with her to check my account and NOT transfer me to the "accounts department", she took my ID number and said she cannot access my account BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN ARREARS. Called 0860669669 as per Vanessa and was presented with the same options, diff intro. Chose option 2 "settlement amount" and spoke to John, after explaining my situation he sarcastically told me to call the ABSA legal department on 011 221 6111. Logged a complaint, ref 2234564, still waiting for a call.
