ADT's don't care attitude

My office alarm has been going off every two minutes, the whole day.

I called ADT, and was told they would send a service request to the technicians, who would call me.

Two hours later, I called again, was told again that they would submit a request, and the technicians would call me.

Two hours after that I called again, was told that since we owe them R 1300. They would not be sending anyone.

I called again, asked for the accounts department and was told they are not answering their calls.

I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor, then I was put through to accounts. When I asked for an invoice to be sent, I was put on hold for HALF AN HOUR.

I called AGAIN, asked for a supervisor and was connected with an assistant supervisor who was finally WILLING to assist.

Best part of the story. We had paid the account the previous day, but since it is apparently impossible to get an invoice out of ADT we didn't know.

I will be recommending to our company that all our properties be moved to another security company immediately.
