I am so disappointed in the service I have received from ADT with regards to my cancellation - you are so unprofessional and I cannot believe I have had to do the running around and phoning and wasting my time since 20th NOVEMBER 2012!! You have pathetic people running your call centre and accounts department. I cancelled and on the 20th November. You took the money of my account on the 1st December as it was too late to cancel in the months of November and I still had to pay for the 1 months' notice. Then you still have the audacity to debit my account on 1 January and then again on the 1st February. I have tried to call the call centre sit waiting for them to answer the phone 30 minutes at a time. Eventually loose my temper ask for a Manager get a lady from PTA Branch Brenda Madula, she calls me back to say that i am in the wrong and I never sent initial email in writing to cancel my service - SO EVEN MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC.
Needless another email sent to day and no answer - I am not impressed - she is even reading the emails but not calling me back. So I ask one more time - ADT Please call me back as to when I will be getting my refund???
