I will never EVER join Platness Fitness ever ever again. Their admin is extremely poor. I have been trying to cancell my memebrship since beginning of November 2013, firstly I sent an email of the request on the 6th of November to [Email Removed] I never received any response from anyone, tried calling the branch but the phone was always busy or theres just no answer or they cant transfer you to the relevant person. Eventually I decided to go to the branch personally, I found a very helpful lady Thabang, left all my documents there. but a few days later my contract was still not cancelled. She eventually sent me confirmation of cancellation on the 17th of December. Since my initial cancellation email was sent in November they said the debit order should not go through from December. Well the debit order did go through and to my suprise now in January the debit order is still going through Im trying to get hold of the hea office on 0861496463. Ive now been on hold for 10 minutes. I cannot get hold of anyone to assists. The service is extremely poor.
