WELL DONE TELKOM - 2 MONTHS WITH NO PHONES

The reason for this third complaint in two months is as follows:
On the 20th November 2013 our 3 lines were reported out of order.
After numerous escalation references, emails, hello peter, email to CEO - still no phone.
This is our main business line, imagine Telkom with no telecommunications.
No Lines = no business
To date one phone call from Telkom to evaluate their call centres service. Please Telkom, are you on the right planet? Some lessons in running a business:
NO 1: COMMUNICATE - Tell a customer what is happening
NO 2: E-mail to a director should get a response.
NO 3: Allow people ie: customers the right to the services you offer and do not charge for a phone that is out of order
NO 4: In China with a Major country disaster they were up and running in less time than you were to fix a line
DO NOT ask for a evaluation on your service if you can't even provide one.
I was informed on both Hello Peter's that I would be informed within a time frame Ha Ha.
And it takes your call centre atleast 20 mins to answer a call.

I'm sure we will recieve the same automated response, giving us yet another escalation reference. PATHETIC!
