Cancelled account in November still being billed!

In November I received a letter to cancel my policy and or it will run on a month to month basis, I then emailed to cancel on 26 November. I was billed for my membership fee December January and now February after sending an email to cancellations and contacting my branch manager Sean who assured me he would sort it out, he had errors with his emails and was not receiving my emails - still waiting for his call. Useless manager and not driven by service whats so ever. and just ran away from his error. Lelanie Clark some how landed up with my complaint and has been a gem in terms of service and going the extra mile to assist, However no one is working with her, I was assured that I would be refunded 710.04 by 31 January, Instead I had another R355.02 taken off my account. This is absolutely ridiculous that you can just debit peoples account once they have cancelled and followed normal procedure. I have waited more than the mentioned 14 days and expect to have R1065.06 in my account my the end of the day TODAY! I will not accept another 14 day period I have waited since December for this money.

A pathetic experience and mission to get my own money back.
