Took out a Lenovo Ideatab3000 with 8ta/Telkom on the 27/8th November, the lady assisting me with this was Balungile Ngcobo, my account has already been debited and I'm still awaiting my package, i emailed Balungile on the 04th November, no answer, i emailed [Email Removed] on the 5th November, no answer, i called the call centre 3 times today the first time i spoke to Londiwe said she was having a system problem and took my cell number, said she would call back, she never called me back, i called the second time and again got through to Londiwe, she said she would email the lady that was dealing with my issue and they would call me back, still i got no call back, i then called again and spoke to Busisiwe who at least could assist me told me there was a problem with something and that's why my package was delayed, i would just like to say this is absolutely pathetic service and if this is how they operate i would wish to cancel the contract which hasn't even started yet
