Still being billed for contract that was cancelled

I cancelled a contract on 20 November 2012 which was 30 days prior to the day the contract expired. I was told on 31 December 2012 that everything would be sorted and it would then be converted to prepaid. Today is 7 February 2013, after calling the call centre twice this has still not been done. A debit order went off for the month of January and I have just received a bill for February. This is pathetic, it is so easy for money to be taken from my account without any authorization but I must chase after you people to get my money back and ensure that you cancel something that expired on 21 December 2012. WHAT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I want this sorted out ASAP, if I do not receive a call by tomorrow 12:00 I will be taking this matter further. Regards, Mr Arendse
