4 Months to Cancel and waiting 3 months for refund

I had been trying to cancel my contract with ADT since December 2012. I was passed from pillar to post to get the correct email address so that I could cancel. The addresses given did not exist and so I would have to make another follow up call just to be given another email address. This went on for weeks on end. Eventually at the end of March, someone got back to me after numerous emails and telephone calls. They said that they would cancel as at the end of March and my "service" was cancelled at that time. They said it was too late to stop the April debit order, but that it would be refunded within 2 weeks... ie Mid April... It is now the end of June... I get no answers from anyone when I phone. Someone did tell me that they had the wrong banking details (same account that they have used for 7 years to take my money without fail); and I would be paid two weeks ago... Again nothing. And now when I have phoned in 3 times this morning I get no answer at all.
I am disgusted with the lack of service and communication which I have received.
