Still debiting after cancellation!!!

To whom it may concern,

We have struggled with trackers account department (They are not qualified to understand) about the cancellation of our vehicle. We have cancelled our vehicle two months ago... Still we are being debited. I have phoned and the confirmed it was cancelled and will not be debited!!! We have an sms saying also it has been cancelled. Why am i still being debited for a car I do not have and a cancellation confirmation? Oh sorry to get ripped off again!!!

I have sent emails with proof of the sms and cancellation but no one responds... Yes that is how you treat customers. The worst part is if we phone you, you do agree it has been cancelled and will not be debited and here we sit again. Still someone is not doing their job! I am at this point going to the bank and block you and making a case of with the sapd. This is... No other words.

I have no hopes you are going to sort this out.
