Still debiting my account after cancellation

I have cancelled my contract with Cartrack in October 2013, of which I received confirmation of cancellation in writing on 4 November 2013, but Cartrack is still debiting my account for a service that is no longer rendered by them. I have phoned them on various occasions to inform them that the contract is cancelled, which they do pick up on the system and informed them to stop debiting my account and stop sending me reports. With no co-operation from them, I found that they AGAIN debited my account this morning!!!
