Cancelled my ADT service in Dec 2012 still billed

I sent through my cancellation to ADT in December 2012. My cancellation was acknowledged. No one from ADT called regarding the cancellation, however, someone called enquiring about the fault. We informed them as well that we had cancelled the service and they acknowledged this. It has been an uphill battle with ADT since then! They debited my account in Dec for Jan 2013... WHICH WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!! My husband has called them numerous of times of which the accounts department is always missing in action! We have a string of emails where they acknowledge the cancellation and promise to back us refund my account every friday! They came to coolect their radio last week from my house and once again empty promises where made... AND GUESS WHAT... this morning I get an sms from the bank, once again the incompetent ADT debited my account!!!

They are useless beyond! I have no idea what to do going forward, perhaps a charge at the police station. As these people clearly have no control on what is happening.
