I bought a new car in June and I made sure that I cancelled my contract with Cartract for the old car. The Cartrack lady that I spoke to over the phone did not give me any hassles, she emailed me the cancellation form, I filled it in and emailed it back to the cancellation department. From july to november my account wasnt debited and I expected that since I had cancelled it. In December Cartrack has decided to debit my account TWICE and Ive been trying to get some answers from them for the past week. The call centre consultants keep on transferring me to the next department and I get put on hold between those transfers for not less than 10 minutes. This is unacceptable as I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
