ADT Incompetence led to

On the 23/12/2013 I was out of my home. Burglars tried entering the roof, which set off the alarm at around 2am. ADT left me a voice message.30 minutes later the alarm went off again, ADT called, and I asked them to take a look at the house as I was not in. I was disillusioned at the peace of mind ADT offered. To my disgust I received a call from my neighbour at around 8am that my doors and gates were open and roof tiles missing and that I had been burgled. The had enough time to try the roof, break the gates, dismantle the door knob and get in, with no sign of ADT even after the alarm went off multiple times. The manager has indicated that ADT had no authority to enter the yard. This is a load of rubbish as ADT has left random messages of checks during years gone by. They clearly have this authority, but a rather making excuses. After years of slower response times, suggestions by many others on their lackluster service, this final straw has lead me to choose another security company and not waste my money on another poor service delivery. ADT need to relook at the on their fast armed response and 24/7 monitoring. I demand ADT take responsibility and replace the goods!!!
