I Signed up for a 36Month Contract and was Swindled into a Apparent Month to Month and a 4 Year Old Device.

I Have the Voice Logging from Altech Netstar via mail and clearly was informed i am entering into a 36Month Contract.

I am now Stuck with a Device that is killing my car battery every day resulting in me having to Jump Start it and Informed by Altech Netstar that i need to purchase a new device or take a new contract which is completely unacceptable.

What do i do now as a customer been given the run around since the 7 January 2014?

I the Customer have to follow up every Day and get no response from any one at Netstar (I Send a Mail to over 5 recipients) and when i call the Call Center i have to wait 30Min to speak to someone, explain my problem then bee informed they will call me back and again not hear from any one.
