ADT ARMED RESPONSE TIMES

Since we have had our alarm installed with ADT we have had nothing but bad service. Response times especially is PUTRID. We have spoken to so many of the supervisors and managers on duty complaining about this, and having them profusely apologise and promise it will never happen again... but it happened again, and again, and AGAIN!!!
In one incident ADT called to say our alarm had tripped, we told the consultant we are not at home, a hour and a half later we got home WITH ADT STILL NOT THERE, we called the call centre and was told 'the response team is on the premises still doing a perimeter check' How was that possible when we were standing in the house. The response team showed up 30mins later
With our next fall out our alarm tripped and the call centre called to advise us at 13h36, we advised that no one is home and they should go around, at 14h42 we received another call 'WE CANNOT FIND THE HOUSE'
Yesterday my alarm tripped again and it took 45 minutes after my alarm tripped for a armed response car to end up at my house... what are we paying them for???
Our entire house could have been emptied in that period!!!
