Savuti roof tiles disintegrate after 2 years!

I made the mistake of opting for Savuti roof tiles to replace the thatch on my patio. At the time the company who installed it had faith in the product. Two years later and the tiles break like biscuits! You break it between your fingers. The tiles are supposed to be eco-friendly - turns out they are biodegradable too. Obviously it is impossible to get hold of Roy Patterson. Fortunately, the company who installed the tiles are prepared to remove them and replace them with Harvey tiles at cost price. There are some good guys left. Do not install Savuti Roof tiles!
