Terrible Job done

On 20 May a Telkom worker named Sam came to my house to fix my phone line - it was dead. He spent ages trying to find a wire (I could barely understand him) and said that he would have to put a new wire through my roof in my kitchen and connect it to the phone. I was not happy with this as I hate wires being visible in my home. I asked how long it will take and he said very long as he needed to make a hole in my roof. I asked where his drill was and he didn't have one and was planning to force a hole in my roof with some random tool?!? I told him to go away and come back the next day with a drill so he could do it properly.

He came back on the 21st with a drill and connected everything but the job is TERRIBLE! The little box for the phone is hanging off the wall and he took the wire through my kitchen door which has compromised my alarm! I cannot set the alarm for the kitchen at night. I have tried to log a complaint 5 times on 10210 and I just get cut off every time.

I need the hash job on my phone fixed and I need my alarm to be restored on the kitchen door.
