VERY VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I am a residence of Lenasia living in Extension 10 and have armed response link up with ADT and I am very irate with their services and we pay for this service.

I had an incident were my neighbor seen someone walking on my house roof and I was away on holiday. They called me and I immediately called ADT control room and informed them about it. They took over 40 minutes to response. I want to know if my family was in the house they had entered what would the faith be of my family if they take so long to respond.

I called them and I spoke to their manager John and he said they are on their way on number of occasions.

3 days later I had my alarm go off and again they did not call me and they took over 20 minutes to respond.

Is this the service that we are getting from a company that we place our families lives with when we go to work and leave them at home and we pay them as well to give us peace of mind at nights knowing that they will respond to our safety and lives.

Your paper is aware of the brutal deadly life threatening crimes in Lenasia and we rely on these ARMED RESPONSE COMPANIES to be there for us.

Has it become a MONEY MAKING scheme relying on our fears or WHAT???
