STAY AWAY, aggressive and unprofessional

Andre came to install automation on our gates and a 16 zone "new" alarm system. He was very aggressive when I asked technical questions relating to the gate automation after it took him 2 days just to get it to work. Mount points for the gate motor hinges were placed in areas where constant rubbing of metal against metal is taking place. He tried so many different configurations for the maglock that my gate looks like Swiss cheese. Unfinished raw steel was welded to the gate with no paint to prevent rust.

We have had constant problems with the alarm system he installed, firstly the electronics box was not mounted to the wall, it just hangs via support from the wires and I got a big huff when I asked the box to be mounted to he wall. Roof tiles were left out of place on my roof once the job was "completed". We have also had constant problems with the alarm going off by itself, even when not armed.

I asked Andre to come out and fix these problems (3x) and each time he made a time to meet but never showed up. I had to get my security company out fix the problem and they told me that I had been sold used items, hence the trouble with the false alarms.
