Termination of contract still been billed

I had one of the adt consultantscome to my house to promote panic button i was interested, asked the guy if its a two year contract he said yes, as i was interested in one on a month to month bases, the guy told me to fill in the forms and he wil get back to me once he confirms with his supervissor, awaiting feed back i get a text message saying my service is activated without consulting me i then immediately called in to the contact centre advised the consultant that i wish to cancel the service, as it was within my cooling off period according to the CPA, the agent advised me that i would have to cancel in writting and email or fax it i then did so immediately using REF Wil00208 got a response saying that my service is canceld a month later i received a statement then i left it now i received my second statement im so furious as this you cant go deducting money from people accounts when there service is canceld i want this matter RESOLVED ASAP before i take this matter further I do noty want to RECEIVE another statement, i want a refund on any bank charges that have bben charged to my account due to your incompitent staff and Reps
