Contract expired, sent emails, no response!!!

A few months ago I sent an email to the cancellations department to send me a settlement so I can cancel my C-track contract that I've had for 4 years, that I could never get rid of because of their marvellous contract rules prior to the new customer protection act (for a car I haven't had in 3 and a half years). Surprise surprise when they told me that my settlement is R530 and there is only 1 month left before it expires. I even asked for a detailed statement so I could try and figure out how R150 a month gets to R530 (for one month settlement). No answer... yet, they're deducting from my account AFTER it has expired, and still no answer on my email!!! This is the most disgusting and terrible company I've EVER dealt with!! Even worse, the deduction is now R172 instead of R160 without a notification!! So, you have just about 1 day to sort this out, either cancel the deductions immediately or give me detailed statement, or I'm taking this matter further!!
