10gig contract canceld and still getting billed

Hi All

I took out a 8ta 10gig contract in April after 2 days i went back and ask them to cancel the contract only get 70kbps and not even close to 20mbms as advertised.due to the fact that is still was in the 5day cooling period I had the write to cancel the contract and that I am not getting any service that I am paying for.
Got assist at nicolway in fourways where the consultant told me that he will short it out for me and get a technician out to look at the problem this was on the 28April..3days later nothing has happen so I went back a different person assist me and look on system and told me that the other person never loged my details there for the technician could never phone me.this was on the 5th day of having the contract I asked again please cancel the contact and the pushed for me not to cancel and promised to get them to look into my problem.2 days later nothing went back and had a big fight with them to cancel it, they processed the cancellation and took the device back. Now i got billed today for this month even if I was in the cooling period of the contract and don't even have the device. Will take legal action if needed
