Once I reported this to you, I have not had much helpful response regarding my mater. I think it is time I go to the consumer rights has not has been done to solve this matter I have been sending emails through but all they are doing is blaming the sales lady but I not agree as I explain before I had a telephone call explaining the same thing to me. As I stated before if I knew that I was going to be billed for a full month I would have taken until month which was only 7 days. I got email with my statement which I never request as I received a statement the post so why send me a statement when I require answers. My question is why must I pay for a full month when I only had the phone for 7 days and why was this not explained to me from the start. As not only one person told me but 2 others as well so the problem is with you and not me. I need this resolve as soon as possible as I will be going to take more steps if I do not get answers from 8ta not a statement. Why will three people give a the same answer when I asked them. PLEASE SORT THIS MATTER OUT NOW!!!
