I have been strugglying to get my 2 payments of R200 &R600 onto my acc. I have sent through countless proof of payments... I sent through a bank statement last week, still awaiting feedback! I dealt with Mario at your call cntr who promised to call me back, I had to call him again and guess what he didnt want to speak to me and said someone would be in touch. I have not heard anything!!! This is absolute pathetic service! I want to cancel this card immediately and I will ot make another payment until I get feedback that my money has been allocated to my account. I am 8 months pregnant and I advised him that I cannot go into your store, neither can I go into a bank to get a statement... he didnt care! Never the less I got the statement emailed to me and sent it through... still awaiting! I was told 1 person is dealing with your email and theres a huge back-log, I made my first payment on the 25/06, so you have got a back log of a month??? N your clients must suffer for this??? CALL ME ON 011 7639136 TO GET THIS RESOLVED!!! OR CANCEL MY STORE CARD!!!
