I took a Samsung galaxy S4 contract from 8ta for R399 per month. On the 1st statement they over billed me. I called the call centre and the consultant said there is nothing they can do so I have to go back to the store where I took out the contract. After 1 hour at the store, they confirmed that the billing department made a mistake and they assured me that it would be sorted out. Now, a month later, I received my 2nd statement and they over billed me again. I am supposed to pay R399 per month and the statement says R721.
I have complained countless times about 8ta on hello peter and they never seem to be improving their customer service. I want to cancel this contract. They can take they phone back. I'm pretty sure cell-c will have much better service.
