FINAL NOTICE RECEIVED

We took out a contract from autopage but cancelled it the following day when we review our finances. The staff at the autopage shop in kempton park told us that we can not cancel it there and have to cancel it by phoning head office. We did this and thought that the matter was finalised only to receive a statement the next month. When we phoned head office and told them that we cancelled the contract we were told that we have to cancel it at the shop. When we went to the shop we saw that the shop closed down. We phoned head office and told them that. I have been speaking to your head office every month since then until November 2013. Please see the records on the account. I am absolutely disgusted that you now send me a final notice. We have never received the phone or activated the sim card. I am now tired of having to explain myself over and over. Can this matter be resolved immediately.
