Shocking Service In Trying to Get a Refund

Trying for one year to get a refund of payments but to no avail. I keep getting told that they refunded me the money - but on checking their details they have paid it into somebody else's account and now nobody but NOBODY every gets back to me. I have spent hours and hours on the telephone, never mind the money I have spent in trying to get my money owed to me. I am so FRUSTRATED that I now don't know what to do. I can certainly tell everybody DO NOT do business with this crowd - its is a nightmare.
