Unable to get my refund out of Mr Price

I have an account with Price Price and have accidentally over paid them and am now struggling to get them to refund the amount of -R816.89.

I have immigrated to Australia in 2011 and have since paid off my account from Australia, direct telephone communication is difficult, however I did call them to have the money refunded and after being promised that the money will be refunded in 2 weeks (this was in October 2012), I have up to date not receive the refund. Mr Price now wants me to provide them with bank statements which I am unable to get because I live in Australia. Every statement they send to me states that there is a refund that needs to be paid but it just doesn't happen and various attempts to sort this out has come no avail..

Well its now been 4 months, and I still haven't received my refund.
